We always provide thorough training to every new customer. We usually do this on site, but sometimes web-based distance learning is a better choice. Simply put, we make sure that you get the most out of solutions as quickly as possible.
Easy to get started
We tailor each course to the customer's needs. The staff working with Schedule is given training in scheduling, while payroll administrators are given more extensive training. The same applies for those responsible for the POS system or bookings. In most cases, we also hold follow-up training after a few months to delve deeper into the program.
Not just a system supplier; we start up together
As a new customer, the first time you are doing payroll in Caspeco, we do it with you. We go through all employees, one by one, so we can both make sure that everything is exactly right. The same applies to the article register, table maps, analysis tools, and the like.
