All staff working in the arena can easily register in Caspeco, regardless of whether they are a permanent or temporary worker. New staff can also easily handle first-time registration via the time clock system and then supplement their personal data via an email sent to them. After this, Caspeco can generate a certificate of employment that is signed digitally.
We then configure time clocks at strategic locations in the arena which the staff use to clock in/out. Any deviations from the schedule must be approved by the respective department manager.
The staff then use our app, where they can view their schedule, request shifts, and indicate when they are not available. If you have an urgent staff shortage, you can send last-minute shift requests to select staff members by text. The staff answer Yes or No, and their response is immediately registered in the program.
