"We have now been using Caspeco's system for a very long time, and I can only say that we are more than satisfied. To begin with, it has significantly changed and simplified our payroll administration. We have about 300 employees. Thanks to the simple daily reconciliation, we have completely eliminated problems with incomplete time reports and notes about missed shifts, holidays, sick days, other absences, etc.

The fact that new employees follow a link and fill in their own personal data also saves the payroll office a lot of time. We no longer have to deal with incomplete employee cards and all the extra work associated with payroll runs. Another plus of the system is that it makes it easy to send out pay slips and communicate with staff via the web portal, email or text.

Naturally, we also use Caspeco's web schedule, where staff can see their own schedule and their hours worked, and can take on extra shifts. We use Caspeco's table booking function for restaurant guest reservations at all of our pubs, both by web and phone.

We run our company with clear profit targets and clear business descriptions. We believe it is impossible to achieve our goals unless we ensure our staff is informed, fully involved and interested. We use Caspeco’s system as part of our work to achieve these goals. We get information in seconds, and responsible staff can quickly and easily see the effects of their decisions, without having to wait for reports from the head office. Allowing our managers to, in real time, be well informed and see where resources must be increased or decreased has improved our profitability and has given me, as owner and CEO, more time to devote elsewhere. If I like, I can check the operating profit/loss of all of our companies up through the day before while I sit and eat my breakfast."
